Want to do more with machine embroidery?

Come and test designs for your brand of machine. Designing Threads needs testers for embroidery machines of different formats.  Once a design is tested so there are no errors in the design, the tester will receive that design free for their machine.  You must furnish the machine and have a way for the designs to be transferred to either a card or other device that will accept the designs in your machine format.  Fabric, threads and stabilizer are furnished by Designing Threads. 

Come join us for the day and learn more about machine embroidery, stabilizers, and threads. This class will provide inspiration for both beginners and experienced machine embroiderers.

Weekly Block Party

Weekly Sewing Block Party                                     $10.00 per class

This class will address all different types of techniques and ways to make the same block Each class will have 1 block.  You will sew in class.  So you will go home with a finished blocks. The blocks will be a variety of levels so you will learn from beginner to more advance techniques.  You will end up with enough blocks to make what size quilt you want.

Each weekly class schedule will have a picture of the block that will be featured for the classes. Students will furnish their own fabric choices.  Patterns and instructions will be furnished at time of class.  You will be given the supply list for each class at the previous class once fee has been paid.

Children Sewing Classes

1^st Saturday of each month

10:30am – 12:00pm

Children Sewing Classes For Ages 9-12              Fee $15.00 per class  

                        Must have own working sewing machine

This class will focus on learning parts of the sewing machine, threading the machine.  We will be making small quilting projects.  Will also learn to use a Serger, how to press, and safety of cutting implements.
